Life Transitions

What gives us happiness?

There’s a fantasy we all have in adulthood, “If I could only achieve… (fill in the blank), I would be happy and life would be good.”

We may achieve it and often we do. Happiness may come, too, for a while.

However, happiness is like any emotion; it comes and goes.

Loss is just as much a companion in this life as anything we can acquire. When loss occurs, we are often challenged with how to continue without losing hope, dreams and joy.

Re-examining who we are

Transitions are difficult because they usually require us to reassess who we are and where we’re going. They tend to zap our vitality, bringing doubts and questions to our confidence and clarity.

Change is inevitable and, although stressful, an opportunity to discover and step into a fuller expression of who you are.

Make it a wise move.

The process of exploring and discovering can be daunting. Having an experienced partner in the journey to encourage, reflect and prompt you forward is invaluable.

Your life has made it clear: it is time for a change. Take the time to discern what is best for you and all concerned.
